Who Should Apply?

The Doctors On Board Program and Community Health Internship is an innovative and exciting opportunity for African American/Black, Native American, and underrepresented minority (URM) students who want to become medical doctors. Students who are in high school, pre-med, college/university/gap year, community college students and post-baccalaureate students are encouraged to apply.

Parents/Family of Future Doctors Workshop

Saturday, April 24, 2021
1:00 - 1:30 PM

As an integral part of the team that inspires and prepares students for their goal and journey of becoming future doctors, the Physicians Medical Forum (PMF) invites you to attend the Virtual Parent/Family Workshop for Future Doctors to be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021. The workshop will help to provide you with a better understanding of what your student needs to do to become a doctor and how you can be supportive.

Each student accepted into the program can have maximum of 2 family members attend this workshop. Must be 21 years are older to attend.

Upon receiving your confirmation of acceptance as a student to the Doctors On Board Program and Community Health Internship, you will receive an additional email for your parents/guardians to register for the Workshop for Parents/Family of Future Doctors.
